You don’t only do HALT when something goes wrong; you do it every day. Every morning or whenever you feel off, ask yourself:

- Am I losing my mind?
- Is it just me?
- Do I feel sleepy?
If you can say “yes” to any of these questions, do something little. Get some sleep, call a buddy, work out, or eat something good for you. Taking care of your needs makes your recuperation stronger every time.
